Writing
I create images with charcoal and graphite and ink. I paint stories with acrylic and watercolor, too. I frequently explore old, wild, and abandoned spaces, looking for textures and light to capture with photography. I build vessels and sculptures with clay and fire. So, in my ongoing saga of medium exploration, it seems only logical that I should weave imagery with strings of words. I have always filled journals and notebooks with thoughts, fragmented poetry, and other narrative prose, and have decided to include some of it in my collection of works on this website.
I hope you find something that makes you smile or simply pause for a moment and reflect on the small worlds I have attempted to build with language.
